Local knowledge

What carpet cleaning in County Louth usually involves

Louth is the smallest county in Ireland, but two of the country's biggest towns are here. Drogheda and Dundalk both have large estates of family homes, plenty of apartments, and a lot of rented property, so most jobs are stairs, bedrooms and living rooms in busy homes, or carpet cleans between tenancies.

The coast has its own problem: sand. Homes near the beaches at Clogherhead, Termonfeckin, Blackrock and Baltray see it walked in all year, and it wears carpet down if it isn't lifted out. Up on the Cooley peninsula, Carlingford and Omeath have holiday homes and guest accommodation that need turning around between visitors.

Mid-Louth around Ardee, Dunleer and Collon is farming country, with older farmhouses and the mud and grit that come with them. Wherever you are, the quote covers the whole job, travel included, before anything is booked.

FAQ

Questions about carpet cleaning in County Louth
