What to send for an accurate price
The more we can see, the closer the quote is to the final price, and the fewer questions we need to ask.
- Each room from the doorway, so we can see its size and the furniture.
- The stairs from the bottom, and the landing if it's carpeted.
- Close-ups of any stains, and a note of what's been used on them.
- The whole sofa or chair, plus the label under a seat cushion if there is one.
- Your area or Eircode, and anything about access or parking.

Common questions before getting in touch
What areas do you cover?
Dublin and the whole of Leinster, from Kildare and Wicklow to Meath, Louth, Kilkenny and Wexford. There is a page for every area we cover under Areas We Cover, and if your exact location is not listed it is still worth asking. There is more about who we are and how we work if you want it first.
How do I get a quote?
Call, message on WhatsApp, or send the form on this page with a rough description of what needs cleaning — the rooms involved, the type of carpet or furniture, and anything specific like a stain or a deadline. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
What information should I have ready?
The number and type of rooms, whether stairs and landings are included, any heavy furniture that needs moving, and access details such as an apartment floor, a lift, or permit-only parking. The more of that we know up front, the closer the quote is to the final price.
When will I hear back?
We reply during working hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Messages sent in the evening or at the weekend are answered on the next working day.
Can I ask for a particular date?
Yes. Tell us your preferred dates when you get in touch, especially if you have a move-out inspection or visitors coming, and we'll confirm what's available.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
Someone needs to let us in and agree the job with us at the start. Talk to us about the rest of the day when you book.
