About us

A Dublin carpet and upholstery cleaning team

We're a Dublin-based carpet, upholstery, mattress and rug cleaning team, working with homeowners, landlords and businesses across the city and county.

What we do

We clean carpets, upholstery, mattresses and rugs in homes and businesses across Dublin, using professional hot water extraction equipment matched to the fabric or fibre in front of us. That covers everything from a single stained rug to a full house of carpets, an office fit-out, or a rental property ahead of a tenant handover.

Our services include carpet cleaning, sofa and upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, rug cleaning, stain removal, pet stain and odour removal, commercial carpet cleaning, and end of tenancy carpet cleaning.

How we approach a job

A few things guide how we work, whatever the job:

Straightforward pricing

We don't publish a fixed price list because every job differs by size, condition and access — instead we give a free, no-obligation quote before any work is booked.

Care in your home or premises

Whether it's a family home or a working office, we take care around furniture, floors and finishes while we work.

Method matched to the material

We use professional hot water extraction cleaning, adjusted to the carpet, upholstery or rug fibre involved rather than a single one-size-fits-all wash.

Clear communication

We aim to tell you realistic drying times and what to expect before we leave, so you know when a room is back in use.

See the work before you book

We'd rather show you than make claims. Before booking, you can check:

Where we work

We cover Dublin city and county and the rest of Leinster, from Kildare and Wicklow to Meath, Louth, Kilkenny and Wexford — see our areas we cover page for a list of neighbourhoods and towns. We work with private homeowners, landlords and letting agents, and businesses including offices and retail units.

Service area: Dublin and Leinster, Ireland. As a service-area business, we come to you rather than operate from a public shop premises.

How we work

The standards we hold on every job

Whatever the job, a single stain or a whole house, these are the things you can expect from us every time.

We look before we clean

Fibre, fabric, dyes and condition are checked first, and anything delicate is tested somewhere hidden before the rest.

We say what won't come out

Some marks are wear, damage or dye. You'll hear that from us before we start, not after the invoice.

A price before we book

Every job is quoted first, from photos or a description, so you know the cost before you commit.

Realistic drying times

We tell you how long rooms and furniture will take to dry, and what helps, rather than promising the impossible.

Care in your home

Furniture, skirting and floors are treated with care while we work, and the rooms are left tidy.

Real photos only

Every photo on this site is from our own work, with honest captions about what did and didn't fully come out.

Our equipment

The kit we bring to your door

Everything below can be seen in our job photos. It's professional equipment, not the rental machines from a supermarket, and it's matched to the job in front of us.

  • A portable hot water extraction machine, small enough for apartments and stairwells.
  • Floor wands and hand tools, including tools for stairs, edges and upholstery.
  • Pre-treatments chosen for the stain and the fibre, from wool-safe products to grease and protein treatments.
  • Air movers to speed up drying where it helps.
  • Wet floor signs for commercial premises and shared buildings.

Being upfront

What we don't do

Knowing what we don't do saves you time. These are the jobs we're asked about that aren't part of our service, and who's usually the right person instead.

Leather cleaning as standard

Genuine leather needs leather-specific care rather than hot water extraction. Send a photo and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Curtains

Curtains and drapes aren't part of our standard service. Fabric sofas, chairs, headboards and mattresses are.

Flood and water damage

A carpet soaked by a burst pipe or flood needs drying out and assessing first, often by a water-damage specialist or through your insurer.

Pest control

If there's any sign of bed bugs or other pests, that's a job for pest control before any cleaning.

Carpet repairs

Burns, rips and patches are a job for a carpet fitter. We'll tell you if a mark is damage rather than dirt.

Where we work

Dublin, and every county in Leinster

We are based in Dublin and cover the whole of Leinster: Kildare and Wicklow town by town, and the main towns of every other county.
