The quickest way to an accurate price is a few phone photos of the rooms, stairs and any stains. We'll come back with a figure for your actual job: carpets, sofas, mattresses and rugs, across Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow.

What to photograph
The photos that help us price accurately
You don't need good photos, just clear ones, ideally in daylight. These are the shots that answer almost every question we'd otherwise have to ask.
- Each room from the doorwayShows the room's size and what furniture is in it.
- The stairs from the bottomSo we can count the steps and see any turns or a runner.
- The hall and landingUsually where the heaviest soiling is.
- Close-ups of stainsWith a hand or a coin beside them for scale. Tell us what caused them, if you know.
- Sofas, mattresses and rugsThe whole item, plus the care label: its cleaning code tells us which methods the fabric tolerates.
- Access, if it's awkwardNo lift, permit parking or an apartment entrance. A quick note or photo saves surprises.
Why photos work
What your photos tell us
A description like "three bedrooms and stairs" leaves out most of what sets the price. Photos show it at a glance:

Quote questions
Is the quote free?
Yes. There's no charge for a quote and no obligation to book.
Do I have to send photos?
No, but they make the quote much more accurate and save a lot of back-and-forth. A short description of the rooms, stairs and any stains works too. We'll ask what we need.
Can you quote without visiting?
For most homes, yes, from photos and a description. For unusual or very large jobs, or where condition is hard to judge from photos, we may suggest a short visit first.
What if the job turns out different on the day?
If something is materially different from what was described or photographed, we'll talk it through with you before doing any extra work, never after.
What happens to my photos?
They're used only to prepare your quote. When sent through this form, photos are resized on your device first, which also strips the location data phones add to pictures. See our privacy policy.
