General & booking
How do I book a carpet cleaning appointment?
Call us, or fill in the quote request form on this site with a few details about the job. We'll come back to you with availability and a free, no-obligation quote before anything is booked in.
How much notice do you need for a booking?
It varies with demand. Get in touch as early as you can, especially around house moves or end-of-tenancy deadlines, and we'll let you know the soonest realistic date.
Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?
Light furniture is easiest to move yourself if you can. Let us know about anything heavy or fixed in place when you request your quote, so we can plan around it or factor it into the price.
Do you offer carpet cleaning for landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We work with tenants, landlords and letting agents on end-of-tenancy carpet cleaning — see our end of tenancy carpet cleaning page for how we approach these jobs.
Can I book carpet cleaning for a business or office?
Yes, we clean carpets in offices, retail units and other Dublin business premises, as a one-off or on a scheduled basis — see our commercial carpet cleaning page for more.
Pricing
How much does carpet cleaning cost in Dublin?
Cost depends on the number of rooms, carpet size, condition, staining and any access considerations. We don't publish a fixed price list because every job is different — see our carpet cleaning prices page for the factors involved, then request a free quote for an exact figure.
Is the quote free and without obligation?
Yes. Quotes are free and there's no obligation to book after you receive one.
Do you charge extra for stairs or heavily soiled carpets?
Stairs, heavy soiling and stubborn stains can all affect the time and treatment a job needs, which can affect price. Mention these when requesting a quote so the figure you're given reflects the actual job.
Do you offer any discounts for multiple rooms or services?
Ask when you request your quote — combining rooms or services in a single visit can affect the overall price, and we're happy to talk through the options.
The cleaning process & drying times
What cleaning method do you use?
We use hot water extraction (steam cleaning), which flushes dirt, dust and residue out of the carpet or fabric rather than just cleaning the surface.
How long does carpet take to dry after cleaning?
Drying time depends on the carpet type, how soiled it was, and ventilation in the room. We'll give you a realistic estimate on the day and some simple tips to help it dry faster, such as airing the room and keeping foot traffic light. See our guides for more.
Is the cleaning process safe for children and pets?
We take care with the products and methods used in homes with children and pets. If you have specific concerns or sensitivities, mention them when you book so we can talk through the approach.
Will cleaning damage or shrink my carpet?
Our technicians match the method to the carpet or fabric type rather than using a single approach for everything, which is part of why we ask about the material and condition before we start.
Pets, stains & odours
Can you get rid of pet stains and odours completely?
We treat pet stains and odours at the source rather than just masking them. Results depend on the stain's age, depth and what caused it — see our pet stain removal page for more detail.
Can old or set-in stains be removed?
Many stains respond well to targeted treatment, but very old or set-in stains aren't always fully removable. We'll be upfront with you about what's realistic before we start work — see our stain removal page.
Do you treat carpet odours that aren't from pets?
Yes — general musty or lived-in odours are often improved significantly by a deep hot water extraction clean, as it lifts out the dirt and residue that causes the smell.
