Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, so commercial cleans are planned to keep the premises working rather than closing it.

Can you clean carpet tiles?

How soon can staff walk on the carpet after cleaning?
Low-pile commercial carpet dries faster than carpet at home, often within a few hours with good airflow. Light foot traffic in clean shoes is usually fine sooner than that. We'll give you a realistic time for your premises and put signs out while it dries.
Do we need to clear desks and chairs before you arrive?

Yes. Stairs and corridors are cleaned a section at a time, so residents can always get in and out. A notice for residents beforehand helps, and we'll suggest wording if the management company would like it.
How do you keep hoses and cables safe in a busy office?
